We will start the Day on Motorbikes or Car depending on your preference. We will drive 1 hour from Dalat City through picturesque Coffee Plantations, Strawberry Farms, Buddhist Flower Greenhouses, and Endless Evergreen Pine Forests. There will be plenty of opportunities to take photos and Enjoy the Vast Countryside scenery. Arriving at the Ethnic Minority Specialty Arabica Coffee Farm we will have an orientation of the Harvesting process, Fermenting the Cherries, Peeling, Sun Drying, Then Hand Roasting the Beans. After you will hand harvest red ripe coffee cherries and learn the proper techniques of the locals Process. Then we head to the River Waterfall for a swim and to Hand Catch river Trout (Fish). The Locals will prepare a fresh Central Highlands Lunch with Handcrafted Coffee, Organic Vegetables, and Local Rice. There will be time to tour the surrounding areas hunting for Mushrooms and the illusive Carnivorous Plants. To conclude the tour we will ride back through the Highlands taking in the Freshest air in Vietnam where temperatures average 75 degrees 24 celcius daily. We have rare Yellow Arabica Coffee Beans that are only found in certain climates around the world.
