On this e-bike tour you explore the rarely visited parts of Sanur village. The electric bike tour starts from our office in the center of Sanur from where you cycle to the mangroves, park your ebike and take a short walk in this 'forest in the sea'. From there you get back on your easy to use e-bike and cycle to the other side of Sanur where you peddle with your electric bicycle through the rice fields. Yes, in Sanur you can also see rice fields and depending on the time of year you can see farmers at work ploughing, planting or harvesting. After cycling on your ebike through the rice fields you enter another part of the village with many traditional houses, this is where the regular people from Sanur live. Here we make a stop at the local market where you can find everything from tropical fruits & vegetables, to souvenirs, clothes, offerings and anything else the local people need for their daily lives. Croos the Bypass again on you e-bike and next stop is at the turtle sanctuary. park your ebike and take a short walk to this place where people care for sick or wounded turtles and also protect the eggs of these endangered animals until they hatch and are ready to be released in the ocean. if you are lucky there will be newly hatched turtles which you can release yourself, the best way for you to support nature.
