Experience introduction
Sugar painting is a traditional folk handicraft in my country. It is not only a skill, but also a sweet memory of childhood for generations.
Painting sugar figures literally means painting with sugar. Use a small spoon to scoop up the melted sugar juice, and quickly pour it back and forth on the stone slab to draw the shape. In a small space, the skill of the hands is the key to the shape.
Our experience started in the hutong courtyard next to the Forbidden City in the afternoon. A stove and a sugar spoon were turned into lifelike little things by the host's superb craftsmanship, telling people about the immortal folk craftsmanship and memory. You can learn to draw sugar paintings with the host, or you can use your imagination to create your favorite sugar painting style.
