The trip will begin with a pick-up from your accommodation (within the free pick-up areas). From there, you’ll head to the Lanna Kingdom Elephant Sanctuary. Unlike other elephant-related tours, the Lanna Kingdom Elephant Sanctuary makes it its goal to rescue badly-treated elephants, giving them a home where they can roam free and live peacefully. Once you arrive, you’ll participate in an introduction and safety briefing before preparing food for the elephants and feeding them. Then you’ll be able to join them in a nearby river for their bath time before showering and heading for lunch. After your outing with the friendly pachyderms, you’ll head to Wat Ban Den. This sprawling monastery complex features multiple pagodas representing the Zodiac signs. Wander around the colorful Buddhist temples and marvel at the intricate designs before heading to the last stop. To cap off the tour, you’ll head to the Bua Tong Waterfalls. It is also known as the Sticky Waterfall as visitors can actually climb up the waterfall. This is due to the mineral deposits on the surface of the waterfall, which make it incredibly grippy. Feel free to climb up the waterfall for an experience like no other before heading back to your accommodations.
