You can learn how to make Makgeolli and real distilled Soju. We provide 2 packages below:
- Package 1: Sool Brewing Experience (1 hour)
- Making Makgeolli and Tasting all liquors (5 or 6 kinds) made by our brewery
- You can take the Makgeolli you made.
- Package 2: Sool Brewing Class (2 hours)
- Making Makgeolli and distilling real Soju with learning theory
- In the after-party, you can taste all liquors (5 or 6 kinds) made by our brewery with Pajeon (green onion pancake) or Kimchijeon (Kimchi pancake) You will be cooking as well.
- Take the Makgeolli you made. The yeast too will be provided for your next home-brewing.
- A bottle of distilled Soju will be provided as a souvenir.
