Jimei School Village is located in Jimei Tourist Area. The overall architectural style is a combination of Chinese and Western styles, presenting the typical style of the overseas Chinese hometown in southern Fujian. The more beautiful ones are the Dragon Boat Pond and Jimei Middle School beside the pond, and the most worth seeing is Mr. Tan Kah Kee's mausoleum - Aoyuan.
  • The school village was founded by Mr. Tan Kah Kee. Famous attractions include Tan Kah Kee Building, Dragon Boat Pond, Tan Kah Kee's Former Residence, Tan Kah Kee's Life and Deeds Exhibition Hall, Tan Kah Kee Park, Aoyuan, etc. Whether it is the tall and magnificent school buildings, or the small and elegant pavilions, all of them are glazed roofs, dragon ridges and phoenix eaves, carved beams and painted buildings. But if you look closely, they are all ingenious and no one is the same.
