11:00am Arrive at the award winning distillery Settlers Spirits where you will learn how individually steeped botanicals and precision blending contribute to the freshness and purity of artisan gins. Sit down to a personally curated gin flight accompanied with a locally sourced artisan cheese plate. 12:00pm Take a short trip to the d’Arenberg Cube, where you will be greeted at the concierge desk and directed to level 4. Here you will find 360° views over McLaren Vale, the Willunga Hills and the Gulf of St Vincent. Begin with ‘The Dead Arm Distinction’ - a curated self guided wine tasting including the current release and three amazing back vintage examples of this highly awarded flagship wine. You will discover why this iconic wine has received accolades from wine critics and judges all over the world.
