The National Palace Museum in Taipei collects precious cultural relics from the royal family of the Qing Dynasty in China. Some of the cultural relics have been included in the palace collections since thousands of years ago and have been inherited by successive palaces and collected with the love of emperors. The number of cultural relics is approximately 690,000, which are mainly divided into three parts: utensils, calligraphy and paintings, and books and documents, showing the beliefs, life, culture, and art of various periods in Chinese history.
Many people have this experience when visiting a museum: they are very excited in the first 20 minutes and want to appreciate every cultural relic carefully; then they realize that there is not enough time and it is impossible to see all the cultural relics, so they speed up and shuttle between various exhibition rooms; and finally walk out quickly The tour ends at the museum.
Visiting the museum itself is not an easy task, not only because of the size of the museum and the large number of exhibits, but also because of our lack of relevant background knowledge.
How can we make this trip worthwhile and achieve the greatest gain in a short period of time?
Professional tour guides have rich knowledge and tour experience and can help you understand the connotation of cultural relics in a short time, thereby generating interest and inspiring inspiration. A 2.5-hour guided tour will yield more benefits than 2-3 days of viewing on your own.
