Imported pottery clay and glaze are used. The glaze does not contain lead, ensuring that the finished product is safe for consumption.
If the work is damaged or cracked after firing, our company will not make any compensation.
Tuition fees will not be refunded if participants are absent with less than 24 hours notice, unless the course is full or canceled.
To ensure the smooth progress of the class, if a participant is late for 15 minutes or more without reasonable proof, it will be treated as an unexcused absence, and tuition will not be refunded.
Tuition fees will not be refunded if the company changes the course at any time.
The works will be fired after 20 days, and you will be notified at that time to pick them up. You can go to the studio to pick up the goods. We do not accept rush orders.
