This certification allows us to offer 'VERA' (True) Neapolitan pizza. Additionally, VERA meets all the criteria for certification by the Italian Chamber of Commerce as an excellent Italian restaurant worldwide, earning us the "Italian Restaurant in the World" certification. At VERA, we meticulously select only the finest ingredients. We use D.O.P. certified Italian olive oil, tomato paste, and buffalo mozzarella cheese. Our pizzas are baked in an oven made of volcanic rock from Mount Vesuvius, famous for its eruption that buried Pompeii, using oak wood for fuel.
